As a result you usually have no clue of the quality of the ingredients and are most likely over eating. At Agnosanté we believe that eating well should be simple. Our subscription ready-made meal plans take the worry out of making sure your diet is clean, healthy and your meals are properly portioned for your body. Our original recipes are designed in concert with our chefs and nutritionists to ensure a well balanced meal. We introduce new menu items every week to keep things unique.

QUICK & EASY

Our custom subscription plans allow you to make your choices from our weekly rotating menu. Just login to your account, make your choices for the following week and your meals arrive Monday mornings. Stock them in your fridge and just follow the simple directions on the eco-friendly package to warm up and enjoy your healthy meal.

LOCAL & ORGANIC

Our dishes are always cooked with fresh products, without preservatives and we prioritize sourcing from farmers of Quebec. Transparency is one of our cherished values, and that’s why there’s no mystery about the origin of our products: at least 85% of the ingredients are either Canadian products or packaged here in Canada. In addition, when we select our products, we prioritize ingredients without additives or preservatives; we also ensure that our meat and our fish come from eco-responsible sources.

Alex Bakakis has always approached everything he does with passion and commitment in order to be a distinguished leader in his field. He is a lifelong athletic trainer & fitness coach with a multitude of related certifications along with naturopathy and biosignature. His vast knowledge and understanding of the body led him to found Agnosanté out of the pure goal of wanting his clients to eat healthy and properly portioned. He is an individual who is constantly evolving and professionally keeps up with the latest in body science and fitness. A man who truly believes that healthy living starts first and foremost with what you eat.
